    Probaly some huge fat guy, a better question is who has the biggest arms and also has a tiny waist. My vote is Sergio.

    There was some dude that injected a bunch of Synthol (sp?) and his arms exploded. Anyhow, my vote for best arms goes to Flex Wheeler. Biggest arms...hmmm...maybe Paul Dillett? Don't really know - legs are more impressive for me.

    When Kovacs was in his prime his arms taped at over 26". I remember an old musclemag in the mid to late 90's had a life-size picture of his arm in it to compare you own arm to. It was pretty interesting but I just wish I could have met the guy when he was in his prime to see his size back then rather then his brutal shape now.
