Rubbing ice on it should do the trick.

You will probaly need to have an aroela/nipple reduction surgery to correct the problem, if anti e. and prolactin inhibitors doesnt work.

someone told me letro would work, i have the same problem , i only notice it when i wear tight shirts, but i look fine with the shirt off

a little trick if it really bothers you is cut 2 peices of scotch tape bout 11/2" long and tape em right on

Nolva will reduce it if it hasn't gone too far. Also letro is your best bet for an AI.
