black and blue spot

had swollen glutes from injecting 1 cc of prop, i injected again into the least swollen one. the swelling is gone but now the one i reinjected in has a small bruise at the inject site and it is pretty hard......but no redness? any ideas? is it just the oil haning out?

when i nicked a vein on the way in on my quad, it left a bruise and felt a lil hard. might have just been the blood build up. i really wouldn't stress unless it becomes red or swollen

thanks for the input it gets me pretty stressed...... i think i did hit a vein cuz it bled more than usual.......i did aspirate but no blood

you'll nick a vein from time to time. theres one in my shoulder that I hit every now and then that will shoot blood like its pulsing w/ my heart beat. can get a little messy.
that aside you need to consider hitting the same spot no more than once a week

its hard cuz i do 1cc mon wed fri..... and i tried quads which is nearly imobilizing and i dont want to try delts because of prop pain.... so i have to go into the same site mon and fri.

No you don't. You can learn how to hit other sites. You are eventually going to give yourself an abcess.

Why are you only shooting 3 days a week? EOD means M, W, F, Sun, T, Th, Sat.
