horrible week

ok i have to rant here for a minute.

ok this week started out great i was able to leave work for lunch early on monday and tuesday, so i got in great workouts on those days....

then comes the shit.... on wensday morning im going thru my Soldier's rooms just making sure they are living clean... so i get a phone call from one of them, he tells me he got a DUI at 1:00 am.... so im pissed, i send someone down to get him outa jail... here comes the bullshit... now i have to see the commander... FAST FORWARD TO 0900 thrusday morning...

i get another call from an other Soldier who is in jail for DUI.... 2 Soldiers/ 2 DUIs/ 24hours.... F*%k me running.... this totally ruined my week and now i have to do all kinds of stupid stuff to the rest of my 120 Soldiers in my platoon... god this is the kinda stuff that sucks about the ARMY......

oh well there is always next week....(crosses fingers)

We had a month like that. We had like 12 Marines on restriction for alcohol. And every time they fvcked up the SgtMaj tightened the screws on us. We had almost all of our freedoms taken away. So what does that do? It makes Marines drink more.

yeah the CSM (command sergeant major) was actually a lot cooler than i was about the whole deal... he told me not to KILL 'em like i wanted to do... they are a good bunch of guys and we all just got back from Iraq, so they are just blowing off steam, but i hate the fact that the didnt call anyone when they were drunk and drove instead of getting a cab or calling thier supervisors for a ride.... i mean i stand in front of them every weekend and them em to not drink and drive and if you get drunk call your supervisor and if he wont come get you call me and i will......

Yeah, we have duty desingnated drivers on the weekends, and we also have these pre paid taxi cab cards that get us a ride to the base, even with all of these things guys still manage to drive drunk.
