This is a very basic and quick snack idea...
On a hot plate or pan, make 2 12" pancakes (use any of your favorite recipes), Cut up 2 bananas (exactly 1/2 " in thickness)..Kidding..and lay them across the top of one of the pancakes add other fruit for toppings I usually have bananas,blueberries and strawberries. On the other pancake I spread a layer of <marshmallow creme mixed with one stick of cream cheese and a splash of vanilla> (this makes a great fruit dip as well). After I've stacked the 2 pancakes together to make a sandwich, I drizzle maple syrup over the whole thing and sometimes I add whip cream on top of that because I've gone so far now,why stop at the syrup.
There you go, after I eat this, I'm usually confined to the couch for about an hour moaning like I'm about to give birth to 10lb baby. I would not recommend this if your trying to get lean but for large percent of us that are trying to bulk up, this certainly helps the process.
