    405 incline close?

prior today i had maxed at 315 for 2 maybe 3 reps on incline but to my shock and amazement 4 weeks into my 40mg dbol , 500 deca, 750 sust cycle i did 135 x10 , 225x10,275x10,315x8 ive allways wanted to incline 405 from the 315 for 8 how far off or attainable end cycle do you think i am?

If you use the one rep max calculator 315X8 gives you a 1rpm at 391LBS so not far off at all man. I dont know how accurate it is but, sounds good.

yea idk about the 1 rep max calc used it before along time ago when i was repping 225 x10 easy but couldnt put up 305 much less 315 which is what it said i think it has alot to do with fast twitch vs slow twitch ratio.

you're prolly creeping there, but there is a huge jump from 315 to 405. my biggest ever flat press was 365, and right at that same time i could do about 5 reps with 315, maybe 6. meh everyone's different, but i think you're getting close; maybe 380 max right now.
