Have you tried melatonin or some other sleep medications?
Are you tired during the day when you have slept so little or do you drink coffee?

I was just wondering about that. Do you guys split your sleep and sleep like 6 hours in the night and 2- 3 hours after work or school?
One tip if you have trouble sleeping is to listen to hypnotisation tapes.
I always fall asleep when I listen to those. I don´t know where you can get them if you don´t want to download them. Or just drink a glass of warm milk and read the bible.

I use a prescribed med called clonazepam (klonopin). Works like a charm. A little hard to ween off of though because the full nights rest while on them is addictive.

yeh i just started 3 weeks ago and the first week was a charm but now it doesnt shit for sleep so i take it in the morning for anxiety, the doc just bumped me up to 2mg ed and it works great. one thing ive also noticed is how hugely my workouts have improved, and i can see the difference already visually in only 3 weeks.
something about not being so stressed out as usual helps muslce grow heaps.

I envy people who can function on such little sleep. I guess I could to, it's just a matter of actually waking up. I'll go to bed usually around 4 or 5am and wake up anywhere between 10am-2pm. I'll set my alarm for 10 and keep hitting snooze until 2 sometimes. It's SO hard for me to get up.

I don't know how you can take 2mg in the morning. I am up to 1mg and I have to take them at night or I just zonk out.

They were originally prescribed to me for my excessive sweating problem I have. Klonopin has many uses. I guess one of the side effects is reduced sweating, but while on them I learned that they help you rest incredibly well. This is why I started taking them at night 1/2 hour before bed.
