It'll most likely take some fairly intensive surgical procedures to even allow this guy to get in decent enough shape to begin exercising one day. I can't even begin to imagine the amount of excess skin this guy will have even if he were to shed some weight somehow.
This is really bad news. It's unfortunate that most people don't display any sense of urgency until they're told that they're going to die.

I remember when I hit 275lbs I was about 20% bodyfat. I looked in the mirror and hated myself. Started dieting down to 13%ish right away. I dont know how they can hit 30% and beyond and just not care.

I mean when you hit 250 shouldnt bells go off, and then you hit 300 it would be time to say wow I need to get my ass moving before I am stuck on a couch for the rest of my life.
