I have shortened my sessions, made them more intense, and sarted lifting one heavy one light day, 2x a week..I haven't had a day off in 14 days......legs rests my upper body and arms is an aka rest day...cardio is 1x a week MAX.......AND I ambeating my last weeks numbers by either one rep or 5lbs on every major lift........why is this?
