34 years old, 195lbs, around 14 bf (I think), hopefully can get some feedback on that when I post pics tomorrow.
This is my first cycle. I didn't wanna put on water weight so I decided on Tbol.
Cycle looks like this:
1-8 Tbol 60mg ed (split into 2 - 30mg doses)
1-12 Myogenx 3 caps ed
1-12 Thermolife Liver Longer 2 caps ed
9-12 Nolva 50mg ed
Supplements are multi, Amp, NO product and BCAAS.
Gym schedule
Mon- Chest and Tris followed by 30 minutes cardio
Tues- Back and Bis followed by 30 minutes cardio
Wed- Off
Thurs- Shoulders and Traps followed by 30 minutes cardio
Fri- Legs followed by 30 minutes cardio
Sat- Off
Sun- Off
***Cardio will be adjusted from week to week depending on fat loss

Are you noticing any changes after the 1st week?
No changes in strength or anything ... feeling lower back pumps though and had a real bad headache on Friday, but I think the headache had to do with prolly not drinking enough water.Originally Posted by Random_J

Tried a new training method today as suggested to me by a respected member. High reps, lower weight. 4 sets od 20 reps per exercise. I did this today and it kicked my ass but I think I'm gonna stick with what I'm doing until my cycle is over and then incorporate this kind of training for 8 weeks or so. The reason being I felt like I was sacrificing form in the later sets cuz I was so spent. My Delts were hammered so I'm sure my form sucked even though it was pretty low weight.

Felt stronger today and my DB press and laterals were up, also recovering quicker in between sets. I'm only 11 days into cycle, so don't know if this is attributed to tbol or just a good day.
Spoke to a few people who said around the 2 week mark is when they started to feel a change with tbol, or could be a placibo doesnt matter what it is tho a stronger better workout is always gooood!Originally Posted by y100adics

then decided to scrap that and just 50mg ed for 5 weeks... with nolva for pct and then followed by a clen cycle to help lose any fat gain and stop muscle loss after the cycle...

6) 2 chiken breasts bout 200g 50 - 60g protein pluss rice didnt really measure out how much but rougly bout 50g carbs
so rougly bout 200g of protein give or take 140g carbs fat not too sure but low im guessing below 50 for sure! what do u think? i know its abit vague but i generally always stick to this sort of menu... gonna start making more of a set diet with more tuna and more chiken involved for when i start the cycle..
oh yea... how long you been training natty for? also do you feel any diff mentaly i know some steroids can make you feel pretty good?
Good idea to go at least 50mg ed ... I'm at 60 and not feeling any sides except sometimes lower back pumps .. why 5 weeks for ur cycle? How old are you? What are your stats? I'm saying that isn't enough cals for ur cycle .... I'm up to about 3200 cals ed right now .... I wanna make sur I'm eating enough in order to make some gains and if I eat a few too many cals, after pct, I'll up cardio again and drop cals a bit ... but we'll see where I'm at 5 weeks from now .... Honestly bro, I would say the biggest thing for you to do right now while you're waiting for your gear is to get your diet straight NOW ... post it in the diet forum ... very helpful people there and I can help you out too .... also map out your workouts ... how you're gonna approach everyday ... what kind of exercises, how many sets, how many reps, supersets, statics ... everything. It will help out alot. As far as my training natty, about 7 years, but you wouldn't be able to tell cuz I'm not really big .... I'm here bro ... just been really busy ... I'll post up my workouts week to week when I have time ... but a quick update for u ... my bench went up this week ... I didn't try to max out but I hit 225 for 2 sets of 12 and 245 for 1 set of 8 ... also my deads went up ... had to use the stupid smith machine to deadlift .... but did a warmup of 12x190 then went right to my max 280 ... did 10 of that and could have went heavier, but when I went to add more plated, the right side of the bar was bent sideways .... I don't know what happend, but I just put the weight back and went and did some rows ... lol ... Feeling stronger definitely and wasn't experiencing any sides till today .... lower back is killinggggggg .... but I think it's also from the deads.
