    Car Accident recovery

    Hello Boys,

I was in a car accident in january and broke my hip socket, not the femur, but rather the pelvis. Doc has recently given me the ok to walk, but only walk. NO LEG WORK AT ALL!
Since I was wheelchair bound, my training suffered and I put on like 4-5" on the waistline. I was supposed to start a run of prop/tren/masteron on March 1, but that's obviously shot. I was hoping for some advice on time back in training before starting my run. Obviously trim the bf%, and increase lung capacity first, but how long before I should start the next cycle?
    Thanks in advance.

Whenever the doc gives you the ok to start training again, I would work out at least 4 months before cycling. If it was me I would wait 6 months but I think you would be ok with 4. JMHO

Pretty severe injury, hard to say really. I can tell you that I just had hernia surgery, had 3 of them patched, and I was out of the gym for 2 weeks. The doc told me that all of the healing is done after 6 weeks, and the rest of the time is just the scar tissue shrinking down. Of course yours sounds much more severe, but thought I would just mention this.
