    Another newbie teen (5'9 195lbs)

    Hi i've been browsing this site for a while, i think its great i was almost going to do i cycle but after reading up here i've decided to hold off for at least a year or so.

    Stats
    5'9
    195lbs
    Age 19 last month

    First thing that jumps out is your guns bro... Nice bicep development... From the pics you put up I'd concentrate on Upper chest, rear and side delts and maybe burn off a little BF% before you do your first cycle...
