Each of the compounds you just mixed in the 10mL syringe have different molecular weights...so as one compound is loaded after another, in the same syringe, you can usually see the difference in the two as one will likely settle to the bottom of the syringe more than another. So I don't think you may get very accurate dosing with the individual syringes you loaded from the bigger one. One may contain more or less of each compound than the next....
I don't know why you did it like this, but I would wait until it is time for injection before you load a syringe with more than one compound.
