    Am I Captin Catabolic?

    I put this in here because i have never seen anybody in the diet or the exercie forum.I have been lifting b4 breakfast and EOD I do PWO cardio for about 30 min at low intensety b4 breakfast also.I eat a 75g protien shake with fruit mixed in it and 3 rice cakes for pwo, then i hop in the shower and once i get out i make a fat breakfast with at least 7 egg whites.The ? is, is am i losing more muscle this way.I lift 4-6 days a week and have a very good diet its just i can only lift in the morning and i can liflr on a full stomach or i puke.I

    Lifting on an empty stomach is a bad idea.

    wake up about 2 hours before you normally would and eat SOMETHING. that sounds catabolic yes. hell if you can afford it i would make a whey+skim milk shake and then scoop cottage cheese down while eating an apple. that would take like 2 minutes to eat. you wouldn't even be awake yet.

    Dude how the **** can you lift before you eat!!!!???? I would pass out if I did that, If you find that you puke if you lift after you eat wait an hour and then train. You are going into a major calorie deficit doing what your doing, you are burning calories that you dont even have in your system, bad idea for muscle growth.

    bah bad idea. At least have some whey&oats beforehand.

    Lifting in a fasted state=bad idea.
