m gettin ready for the gym this evening; delts, traps and hams, but kinda lacking motivation. Im dead set on going and doing my workout, but just not really 'in the zone'. I used to watch Pumpng Iron or the training bits from Rocky but they just dont do anything anymore![]()
So, any ideas or suggestions as to what you guys do to get yourselves fired up and dying to get out on the gym floor to get at the weights? Thanks
