Good luck!
I wish the bank I applied to last week would call me![]()
wear something that shows some cleavage. That always works for my girl.
Goodluck!!
yes & nice freshly shaven legs are always a plus too.
just dont go to high with the skirt or they'll think you dont have class.
G/luck =]
SVT - be thinking about a book that you've recently read. One of the more popular interview questions these days involves the last book that you've read and what you thought of it. A lot of executives use this question during their character discovery interogation.
May or may not happen, but thought it was worth mentioning.
Good luck!
Also consider what animal you would most like to be, and what color best describes you. Fvckin whack behavioral questions...Originally Posted by mavsluva

Congrats bro, I actually love interviews. Only thing I have a prob with is public speaking. But in a setting like that where your constantly getting feedback from who your speaking with you can calibrate and steer the vibe to your favor, you dont get that in a speech and thats why I hate the shit.
G-luck though and hopefully youll actually enjoy the job.
so can you give us a brief job description?
There is th summary of it i recieved in an emailStaples has launched a business unit to develop new retail channels with select retail partners in different industries(e.g., supermarkets, college book stores). One portion of this new venture involves store-in-store concepts in up to 4,000 stores. The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating a rollout of 3-5 stores a day - e.g., timely arrival of sign package, inventory, shelving, etc. – and coordinating with store management to manage the 3rd parties responsible for construction and set-up. Additionally, post rollout, the Operations Support Specialist will work with customer operations staff to coordinate Staples involvement - fixture needs, set size changes, product load in – for store remodels, new store openings, and closures. Finally the role requires issue tracking and resolution as well as operational metric report coordination for ongoing operational problems in assigned stores/accounts.
* In collaboration with partners, help manage and supervise the rollout of the store-in-store set to roughly 3-5 stores per day (mostly using 3rd parties)
* Ensure installation is completed to specification and Staples brand expectation –signage, planograms, colors, etc.
* Ensure operational set-up is completed (e.g., store level training on ordering, receiving, returns, etc.)
* Address specific issues and trouble-shoot problems as they arise. Be first contact for store management in partner organization. Act as Staples “Ambassador” to the field.
* Within Staples, interact with select staff on issues and problems, including the field, where appropriate (e.g., communication with field personnel is a specific geography). Within partner organizations, coordinate with regional construction and physical store managers and their 3rd party support
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree a strong plus
* 2+ years of relevant operational experience in the field, ideally across all aspects of a store roll-out, reset, remodel, etc., in a store manager role (i.e., sales, operations, or store manager)
* Willingness to be hands-on and high independence essential
* Strong people, problem solving, planning and communication skills
* Substantial travel (minimum of 10 days per month)
* Strong process orientation and ability to develop and document new processes in a collaborative environment
* Strong level of MS Excel and Access skills
* Knowledge of AS 400 systems (Sunrise/Sunbeam) as asset
