i dont see how it would work out that if you took two identical diets and performed cardio with one of them that the one without would lean you out any faster.
BUT..i took a week off from the gym last week [no weights/no cardio] and the weight was coming off faster than when i was training. [keep in mind i also was not consuming a PWO meal, so that COULD have been it]
