Ive tried lots of different ways of training, Ive done each bodypart once a week type thing, Ive done doggcrapp, right now Im focusing on powerlifting, squats ,deads bench thats it, Ive train twice per day when I first started training and like 6 days per week too, lol, i didnt know much then, right now I train 3 days per week. Ive lowered my reps as well in the last few months I did like 10-12 reps for the first three years of lifting.

Oh, LOL, I was like why the **** does he want to know how I train, lol, ****, anyways..........I could only train my legs, didnt do upperbody for the whole time I was wrapped up, Once was right after a cycle too, I lost everything. Machines man leg rpess hack squats, leg extension/curl, all the stuff, I couldnt do any squats or stiff legged deads.
