Thread: Need Help

    Need Help

    I am new to this guys, so I ned some help. Many years ago in minor league baseball I was put on cycles of steroids with great results. Been out of it for so long, and want that feeling back. I need to know what kind of cycle I should start, and what will give me the best results. I am not overweight, but do need to start cutting I think first, but I could be wrong. Years ago they did this for us and they put me on Test, water first, then oil based. Also, did winstrold and d-bol. I am not sure those are the right terms but I want to do this right, want to look and feel great again.     cvandy...you can't ask for sources on this board

    this board has rules for posting ..it would be wise for you to read the rules and do a little research on first cycles... the search button has all the information that a noobie needs

    when you have done some research..put together a cycle and pct and post it and we will be glad to help you tweek it.

    I post a thread but really no one answer my question. Here is some info about myself..
    32, 154lbs.,BF 18%, first cycle, goals: weight about 170lbs. with muscles. PCT knowledge no too much, searching now.

    Here are the answers, 35, 188, I am not sure of Body fat, diet, I eat healthy, i work out 3 to 4 times a week, free weights, and do cardio, including running, and on the ball field. Previous cycles, years ago included, 2 cycles of water based test, but I also started at 140 lbs. Dbol, and winstol. My goals is to help energy levels, gain mass, but at a cut rate, want the cut look, not going to the body builder look. Just cut, arms, abs, lats, and chest, shoulders, seem to be my target area. Please let me know if yall need more
