    thats some funny sh*t, however when i did a dirty ass bulk one winter and cant say that i looked much better... it worked though i put on some nice size after i cut off all the fat

    none of you guys can talk sh!t, because whatever he does works and I think he has one of the best bodys out there. plus everyone needs a break somtime. and I dont think he really looks that bad, He looks better than every person in my gym in those pictures.

    he doesnt do that anymore he's said it multiple times in interviews that carrying the rediculous amount of extra weight is just hard on him and he comes in in worse condition...not that it really matters since hes banned...

    There was a similar thread on John O... Are you guys beginning to see a pattern yet? Dirty bulking is very real and very effective, even at the pro level as you can tell. They dont look like sh*t. They are looking like they should be if they want to have any chance to place against the mass monsters in the sport today.
