In water is the most accurate.

yes in water..it is called a hydrostatic test. But bro do a search a while back there was a thread that many actually posted on about this exact topic.

Thanks Bro! the best way i find is, slap the gut, time how long it takes for it to stop jiggling, if you are over 10 sec. mark you are in trouble...anyway the hydrostatic test (under water method) is great untill you get to very low single digets and it's not very acuurate then i would say anything below 7% and the accurace level goes down...XXL

Stay away from bioimpedance scales that force you to test the bf while you are standing upright.
