    How many days per week do you workout?

    Would cardio count as working out or just muscle groups? Cause when cutting like I am now I goto the gym 12 times a week. And then 5 days a week when Bulking since I don't do cardio during bulk.

    I live at the gym so I never leave. At night time when people want to go home and I'm not done working out, I just tell the owner to throw me the keys and I'll go ahead and lock up.

    3 times a week when lifting, I went 4 forever but believe it or not have got better strength gains, and more quality gains than when I was doing 4, most of it is due prolly to me getting older but still, "don't fix what ain't broke."

    work out 2 days on, one off, 5 isolated workouts, so some weeks 4, other weeks 5. works pretty well for me, need the day rest in between. usual split is chest, back, shoulders/calves, arms, legs.
