think it is ok to train chest/tri today even though i did delt/trap yesterday? they don't feel sore at all, or my other alternative is back but i would like to do chest

I prefer to take a day between shoulders and chest but I have done it and felt fine. Even if my shoulders are a little sore once you start lifting your fine. If they're very sore then I'd pass. Doing chess you only really use the front delt anyway and except for dips you don't use your delts at all for tris. Go for it.
never train chest and shoulders back to back you wont be able to get a good workout in
