Aromasin takes time to work...how long have you been running it?

    Hmmm...

I would drop the aromasin and go with the adex then...IMO, the two together is overkill.

If estro suppression is troublesome for you, I would go with a good dose @ 1mg/ed to start with the adex...if that don't seem to help, bump it .5mg and so on...If you hit 2.5mg/ed of adex and are still having trouble with estro, something is f'cked up with your system, I think...especially seeing that you're only running 400mg/wk of test...you shouldn't even need to go more than 1mg/ed with the adex.

    Good luck,

You're confused as to the cause of your problems. Estrogen doesn't reduce sex drive in any appreciable manner. However, having very very low estrogen to progesterone ratio WILL reduce your sex drive. The emotional issues you're experiencing are probably unrelated.

Yes...progest-related gyno is more common when running any nor....you want to keep them levels low.

With sufficient suppression of estrogen, you should be able to keep progesterone levels in check as well....just run a good AI.

You say letro is not an option...IMO, adex is the next best thing.

    Good luck,

    Good luck,
but i thought arimidex reduced estrogen by 50% and aromasin was 85%?

While you are correct in that statement, I give you my opinion in what I think is the better choice under your circumstances...

You decide what you think is the better option...

IMO, I like aromasin more in combination with PCT, rather than ran throughout a cycle for it's AI effects...estro-related sides are not an issue for me tho, so maybe aromasin is the better choice for you...in either case, it's ultimately up to you what route you choose to go...I just don't like "over suppression" of estrogen, because that too can lead to negative sides....I find a lil estro floating around is not such a bad thing.

    Best of luck to you,

I respectfully need to disagree. When people lower their estrogen level to nothing with Letro, nearly 100% of them experience sexual sides, and Letro also reduces Progesterone. In addition, brain levels of aromatase (and estrogen in general) are important for proper cognitive function, and when they are too low, serious mental issues (including perceived emotional problems) can result.
