all i know is, thats the last time i slip.

I am going 2 weeks without a cheat. and from now on cheat meals will be clean and consist of nothing more than slow burning complex whole wheat pasta and sauce for ONE meal that day

Good plan Iron. You'll find it easy to maintain a clean diet should you keep your high calorie days clean as well.

And I'm glad that you find that funny (regarding the little "lol" comment at the end of your sentence). Irony at its finest.
The lil 'lol' was more of a laugh at you, it the same laugh you would get if we were to pass eachother in a hallway or something, you know, as a sign of disrespect. I know your type, you say all these itellectual type things to seem alot more intellegant than your really are, "anything beyond reasonale moderation is a sign of mental weakness" give me a break, thats the vaguest statement I have ever heard, and as if you dont endulge in a lil more than you should of something, everyone got their one poison...whats yours?

Sushi rolls, (such as the "California") are loaded with fat, 16g/roll. Not to mention all the simple carbs....IMO, total crap.
