Im starting 6 weeks winstrol only(tabs) next week.
How should i train?
Many reps, or really heavy and only take few reps(4-6)?
Heavy and few reps on base exercises like; deadlift, benchpress.. and many reps on isolations exercises?
Is it easy to overtrain?
Should I have more than 4 exercises per muscle group?
I was thinking about 4 days a week.
Come with suggestions!
Ps; My eating is very good, also get the sleep I need.

1.90
91-92 kg
3 years of traning, not too serious the first two, but more serious lately.
Got a good foundation.
Try to get 350++ proteins each day.
Dont eat much karbs, trying to get more cutted look.
Intension; get up the strenght and get more cut.
