well im eating around 3000kcals a day but some days i hav no appetite, i normally eat when i think i can stomach it,my main protein sources are mainly full fat milk, lamb grill steaks,whole eggs,and minced meat, carbs are potatoes, pizza and pasta, i usually try to pick one of each with meals spread throughout the day,only supplement is protein drink, the pic is of a 3 months ago i was taking 750mg of test ew but since then ive lost 3 stone, split with gf and lost any confidence i have.
