Just injected...saw blood.....please help...

I just did a 200 iu injection of HCG subQ in my left thigh. I pinched the skin, injected at a 45 degree angle and injected. When I took the needle out, there was blood. I took an alcohol pad and wiped it and held it there until the bleeing stopped. Does it mean I did something wrong? I'm realllyyyyyyyyy nervous. I've injected in my thigh before, and that's never happened. I usually inject to the right or left of my belly button, so no worries. However, I read we are supposed to rotate injection sites. It would be wrong to just rotate around my belly button the injections, right? I need to switch locations?

Your fine, sometimes coming in or out you clip a vein. It has happened to me as well.

I have blood come out almost every time I inject

When I've done the SubQ injections I've rotated between the stomach and love handles. I've also gone upper stomach and lower stomach each side. That should be enough spots to rotate.

Thank you for clarifying!!!!!! I thought that when it was said to rotate injections sites it meant to change the location (i.e. stomach, then thighs, etc.) thank you!

yeah me 2, if its a dark red blood when it comes out u probably hit a vein and I did a shot yesterday in my left glute and a very small amount of bright red blood came out. It happens usually u can feel urself hitting a big vein it'll be kinda like a bump with the needle. Now if u were to hit a nerve that would be a whole different story.

If I remember correctly, she is using HCG for dieting. Dropping her cals drastically low and using HCG to delay the body from shutting completely down. It's not uncommon, but it's unhealthy and ultimately uneffective IMHO.
