I really enjoyed the article by Eric. I have been a diabetic for 23 years now. I am 35 5'7 183. I am in the gym 6 days a week. Mostly cardio and a little ab's. I am trying to lose 10lbs. I am not sure how much or how intense I should do cardio to shed pounds. When I am really watching my diet and doing about 45 min of cardio every morning I can go a day without any regular insulin. I still take my Lantus at night, and I can keep my daily sugars below 140 which I am ok with. I was under the impression the less insulin I take the easier it would be to lose the weight. Any clarification would be great. I was also told today that my protein in my most recent urine test was high. I only take 1 scoop of GNC Whey protein a day and eat very little other protein. I can't figure out why they are saying this. I will be doing a 24hour pee test this week. I am also taking Hydroxycut daily.

Thanks for the advice-J
