Hey guys.. I just wanted to say that I started clen about two weeks ago. I have lost about 10lbs and have only been doing light cardio in the morning. I also cleaned up my diet. So many people on these boards bitch and say clen is ineffective. I dont get it. People rip on things like clen and even supplements that do work great. I assume that these people might not be putting in any work and expect miracles. I realize it doesnt work for all people but if I listened to all these people whining and saying not to bother, I would have never used this great substance!! I will post pics up soon. I can already start to see a six-pack!! I recomend it to anyone willing to use it as it is supposed to be used.
