shooting test cyp into your arms is fine and perfectly acceptable.

But don't expect localized growth.

Gear with an ester must reach the blood stream before it is cleaved from the ester by the esterase enzyme, therefore it is no longer in the injected muscle, or at least on its way out of the muscle before the hormone becomes biologically active.

If you want site enhancement try unestered test, injectable orals, possibly igf or pgcl.
