i could not post a pick 10 clear vials no label white powder in each with a blue top on them the box is white and square it also did not come with any bw water? please help he swears it is real ? i need a alot of replies, thank u guys? where can i get bw water in a pharmacy?online?

those are generic blue tops...there are good ones out there, but the problem is, unles you trust your source, there could be anything in that vial (ie. hcg, etc..)

What you described is exactly how blue tops arrive. Small box, ten vials, no water, blue tops with powder inside the vial. Should be good to go if you got them from a legit source.
