Time ON plus total PCT time= Time off UNLESS you get blood work done showing normal levels !!

So lets say I go get blood work done monday morning and the test results are normal... I can start that evening?

If you get bloodwork and you're completely recovered you would probably be ok, but it's doubtful you are recovered. As already stated typically time off should equal time on plus pct, if your pct ended last Sunday then you've only taken a week off, way to short in my opinion.

to start a new cycle alot of pple follow this formula:

cycle time + pct = time off to start a new cycle.

However, it is best to do bloodwork first prior to starting another cycle. That u could be more certain of hormonal level.
