prop 200 mg E2D, tren e 400 mg E4D, 2 proirons, and 2 nolvas (mornin,evening).....
The way I'm trying to do this :
1. ECA, l carnitine empty somach cardio - 1 hour
2. allmeals no carbs, low cal, lots of protein from all low cal sources
3, Then in the eveing I do my gym traing with (longer then ussual), sweat three buckets of ater out of me, have a dex whey shake, then a complex carb and a protein meal, and then a slow digesting protein. and then go to bed
Sometimes moments b4 training I have a small sweet or something....for energy and sanity...
Its lke I'm tring to lose fat half the day and trying to build some more lean muscle the other half of the way.....
Does it make sense?
Seems to be working by now....
