Americans measure stuff in "cups", their packets have nutritional values per cup.

Just use a protein scoop and weigh a full scoop, use the nutritional info per 100g to work out the nutritional values per scoop and go from there...

You are making it way too complicated. Usually a cup dry is about 60g carbs. So get a measuring cup and scoop out what you need from your pack. It should say right on tue nutritional facts how the macros are layed out.

Dude not everywhere uses "cups" as a measure, I don't know that they don't in australia but we don't really go by "cups" in the UK, if you refer to a cup here people think you mean a tea cup!

    1 cup = 8 oz. = 4 powder scoops ( the smaller ones like in the creatine mixs ) = 1 1/4 small teacup

Rough estimates but it is just oats

you can count each individual piece of oat, i believe 50 grams of carbs requires 753.2123 pieces of oat. only takes me about an hour per meal.
