    Try 'danglers' -- When you lean over a preacher bench in reverse, for example. Perhaps, finish with these in controlled movements and managable weight. Sort of a 'concentration' movement (no swinging or cheating, here).

    In***endent 'concentrations' on cables -- allows you to fill your already full biceps, too. Be creative here because there are many positions you can angle on the arm(s) and stimulate the muscle.
