    My First Ever Pics!

    Yeah, im skinny compared to you lot.... for now..(i hope!)

    THOUGHTS ON PICS WELCOME
    Age: 28

    BF: 12%

    Height 1.56 metre (5ft 11)

    Weight: was 136lbs(62kgs) for many years, after quitting smoking, eating properly and also with the gym for the past 4 months i am now 163lbs (74kgs)

    Workout: heavy weights 4 times a week. only working out 4 times a week for 2.5 months.

    Diet: 4 meals a day, consisting of healthy foods. chicken, veg etc etc

    Supplements : amino tabs , creatine tabs, and cyclone shake twice a day.(clone only in last month)

    BEFORE TRAINING (16TH MAY)

    Solid gains for 2.5 months bro, you can tell a noticeable difference in your chest width already.

    try to incorporate at least 2 more meals and also try eating beef, pork loin, tuna. Fat in meat will help you support your own test production. Also use olive oil, and flax seeds for your EFA's

    Definate improvements man. Looks like you could do with some more food though. If your only eating 4 times a day add a vouple more meals in so that your eating every 2-3 hours. Check the diet forums they are a great source of excellent info. Again looking great there, huge improvement,

    unfortunatly yes, in the past month it seems i have certainly cut up.
    although i still want mass. i havent been eating properly for the last one month. it shows.
