It's been a while. Well here are some new pics. I've lost some size, mostly in the arms due to football. Down from 230 to about 210 now. Looking to get to 185-190.

Haha once again the tanning issue....Meh. With the calfs I accually really have never stuck to a work out for them until recently. For football we do a lot of plyometrics in season and off season and they got a nice pump from jumps and everything.
I'm currently using a routine that Dorian Yates suggests on his website.
I am all natural at this point. Being only 17 I know it isn't quite yet the right time to start with it. Also moneys an issue heh. Damn high school...

Thanks. My bench isn't even close to that anymore though. Those were from last winter at a lifting meet. I was also like 240lbs at the time. My leg strength has stayed the same but with the weight loss my bench went down the gutter.
