hey all just a newbie sayin hi to all you fellow gym enthusiasts/addict's........i've been training for a few years now but only in the last year ive taken it alot more serious i'm 23 and 6'1 205p sitting at a roughly 15% body fat something im working on dropping...im loving the training i beleive im addicted... great site and forum by the way a load of valuable info on everything!!!
ive gone from 168p to 205p through supplementing and the aid of a couple of oral cycles and one cycle of 500mg test e + 300mg deca a week, which im half way through
