    Well, im bulking over the next 6 weeks, just packing on as much muscle as possible, with regards to my body type i can put on muscle really easy but i also put fat on very easily, so i'll be concentrating on my diet and in about 6-8 weeks i'll be looking to first get my BF down to about 16-18% and then on from there really.

    You know Photoshop have a tool called "Curves" where you can lighten all that stuff up in... Photoshop Guru my ass...
