My goal here is to cut Bodyfat down for right now.
I started BB 1.5 years ago and enjoy it.
I made my mistakes, overtraining, not eating right and such.
In my eyes from my EXP,
Diet is 70% and Working out is 30% in BB.
I recently moved from one city to another NYC.
I just got settled down here after getting married and moving here.
I have been out of the gym for 2 weeks and gained 7 pounds of garbage.
I did not want to go to a gym until I had my things straight like a
job for one.
So I been back working out now for 2 weeks.
I tried a few gyms here in NYC.
Dolphins, NYSC, powerhouse and LA fitness.
I chose NYSC, powerhouse is where it is at but its always a ****ing
line for a machine and its
Always packed and parking sucks.
NYSC prices are higher but I know I can get a Machine or weights
without waiting as I time my rest
Periods.
I also got injured training for wrestling, not Greco wrestling.
I ended up getting bicep tendonitis; I ended up having an x-ray then 2
months later a freaking MRI,
HMO SUCKS!
Nothing was damage but I still had pain and a popping inside.
Doc after 3 months ended up giving me cortisone shot.
So for the past 4 months I have laid off my chest and shoulder workouts to let whatever was ****ed up heal.
But I still went to the gym and worked out.
Right Now I am starting back working out my chest and shoulders, Im much weaker and that is totally understandable.
So im slowly working back at it and I am finally glad to be hitting my chest and shoulders again.
I workout mon-fri right now doing weights.
Sat, sun, and Wednesday I do cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning with BCAA for 30-35 mins.
Im 5'8 186 currently.
I was when I started 220.
I started taking LIPO 6 and that brought me down to 205 and It didn’t work as effective, I assume my
Receptors were full of it.
Then I started on stimerex-es (25 mg ephedrine per pill)
I was on 2 per day 50mg total.
So I went from 220-205 to lipo
The 205 - 185 with Stimerex-es.
I ****ed up; I was doing too much cardio and ended up losing more than fat.
I learned my lesson.
Right Now I am looking to compete in 2008, this would be my first contest.
Id assume Id be in welter weight 154.5
I’m currently 186 and I’m looking to drop my Body fat.
I’m currently on Stimerex-es right now 75mg a day.
I’m dropping 1-2 pounds per week and I’m happy with that.
I’ve been reading up on CLEN and its effect and how to take it and monitoring body temp.
I do have asthma but since I been working out for 1.5 years, it has not affected me like it did before.
I almost died a few times due to asthma attacks and such, but since I been working out and eating Right and taking vitamins and taking care of myself, I feel great and my endurance and lung capacity Is better and I cant even remember the last time I had an asthma attack. Or needed to use my Inhaler.
I’m considering taking CLEN and Juicing later.
I have thought long and hard about the juice, just been juggling back and forth and I finally made My mind up.
I've always been natural.
But first I want to cut down on my Body fat then start my bulking cycle probably with test and deca.
And have nova and other things on hand, this would be my first cycle.
I want others thoughts and such on me taking CLEN.
My diet is in check and I am very strict with it.
When I hit the gym my workout is between 40-60 mins max.
