Buying powder is much more price efficient man.

Scivation makes a good mix, they are flavored as well (grape, watermelon, lemonade). 1035g tubs are like $45 online.

I would opt for those over any other on the market.

The grape supposedly tastes the best.

I'd take a minimum of 20g per day. I prefer more, but 20g is an 'effective' dose (spread throughout the day; 5g AM, 5g PreWO, 5g PWO, 5g before bed).
