signing for package for p.o box delivery

Hey i recently ordered propecia from UP mailed from hong kong, i received package about 9days after i placed order and it was delivered to my po box, on the package it stated SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED, but yet at the post office i had to sign for my package...

just wondering is this common for packages that are out of country? cause if it anything involving customs i would of had a seized package and a letter from customs ?

i think its just for the postoffice. to cover their ass so they know who took the package..but i dont know i dont have a po box

sounds a little strange but propecia isn't scheduled so if you got caught getting it sent in the mail, there's not much they can do.

was the package too big to fit into the PO box? I have and to retrieve items that were too big from the main counter and sign for them.

small package size of a vhs box, REGISTERED AIR MAIL to p.o box sign for it at counter for pickup:/

if it was REGISTERED airmail, youd have to sign for it, i bet there is a site somewhere online that could explain the various methods that the larger countries (US, UK, many of the large Asian countries), it could have just been SOP
