just lookin for some help in setting up a diet for a mass muscle weight gain.I'm new at this.I am out of shape by about 50 pounds and I would like to get back into shape,but; I would like to keep the weight(231lbs.,5ft.8in.).I need someone to help me set up some kind of diet plan,weight lifting plan,and supplement cycle(any advice would be apprieciated),don't need to be natural but i will not inject.Please help afellow man out.
