    19 y/o, Natural 215 lbs., More pics to come

    Hello everyone this is my first time posting a pic, I am into my bulking season for now. My weight fluxes from 215-220 mostly water im assuming, I am new to this site so HELLO! Critiquing or any comments on what i could change would gladly be accepted! pics i am posting are cold

    Hey thanks Sponger! I have been lifting since about 14-15 football mainly then but bodybuilding hopefully, so the past 2 years ive been looking alot at diet seeing what works and what doesnt. I have a ton more tweaking to do

    looks like a hint of gyno there? or just puffy nipples,they kinda look like mines...lol

    hahah it was taken in a mirror. the rest of them with the different lighting werent. Yeah i was wondering if it was water i was holding in the chest are or something else!?

    My tattoo is on the left side anyways but i agree with the abs they do need plenty of work. I guess you can tell i hold water very easily maybe i need to focus on the midsection a lot more

    Any help on the gyno? Ive had it since I was like 14 or 15 i remember it quite well. anything i can do other than surgery?

    You are built exactly like me, but you have a better back! About the gyno, I had surgery to remove a lump behind my nipple, thats what I get for running a cycle at a young age without doing my research. But anyway, I think if you lower your body fat a little it won't look as bad. It works for me...

    You dont think letro or any other type of anti-e would help my problem? I was told to try from another source.... Even when i had low bf it still appeared here look... Advice?

    yeah i was kinda wonder how to get rid of that puffy nipple problem too. You and I are build alot alike but you have alittle more mass than me. 6 Months ago i looked like you did with the lower BF%. all natural also. But since then i put on a belly and butt lol. Looking good though imo, keep it up.

    Also i seem to retain water easily. How do you tend to get rid of yours? i ussually eat less salt and drink plenty of water and it works decently but not all to great.

    Man I have no idea how i am going to approach it this time come spring/early summer. i think i need to do something soon about this puffy nip tho. im reading up on reverse gyno. i remember tender hard lumps long ago. But now it feels like tissue sitting in there. I have some ideas! Anyone want to help?

    Thanks man. too bad i was running ECA stack big time in the cut picture. It was very good! Yeah I have a belly and a butt now too. Im trying to find where im going wrong

    What does it feel like under there? For me, I have fat, but I definately can't feel anything other than what I think is fat. I'm not sure what gyno actually feels like. Is there a huge contrast between the fat and the hard lumps, or does it sort of all feel the same?

    Well I USED to have lumps, they are very tiny now, it just feels like a bunch of tissue in there or little lumps themself. and ive always been puffy on the lower chest. No one is responding their .02 cents so I have no idea either. im kind of stuck in a rut too....

    You think so?! I just dont understand the puff. i want it tight in the lower chest. when i flex the pecs are hard; just under the pecis where it hangs down and is all gooshy....

    Seriously I think it looks worse in the lean pic. Like props to the guy, he has a wicked build, but I think the gyno looks way more pronounced because his lower chest looks flabby and the rest of him looks ripped.

    I tried letro for a little while, but my girlfriend made me quit because it absolutely killed my sex drive. I had a lump behind my nipple that felt almost like a medium size bean, which i recently had removed. Anyway, i dont think i gave the letro a fair chance, so I can't say from experience if it would work or not, but from what i've read there is a chance that it could help.

    I think that it does look better with the lower body fat, but I agree that I would want a tighter looking lower chest. There was a thread about this a while back, i'll try to search and see if I can find it.

    I like the way my chest looks when my nipples are hard, but when they are soft, they look puffy. I noticed a little difference when I had the lump removed, but not too much. I figured that it was a body fat issue because of that. Hopefully I will find that other thread, or maybe we can get some input from some one more knowledgeable on the subject.

    Ive had it since 15- or 16. I remember feelign the lumps before haha not its just feels like small little ones with tissue on the lower pec.... i am 19 now no tender or soreness. just puffy

    ur back is massive for being natural.. my advice would be stiff leg deads for ur lower back and calves seem to be lacking a little compared for ur upper legs

    Very good advice, never really noticed the stiff leg deads.... hmmm verrry interesting !! Yeah Calves need work agreed. What would be your advice size wise on calves?

    calves tend to be that muscle that comes easy or hard, it really depends on the person. start 2x a week donkey calf raises and standing calf raises with a smith machine, use a step under your feet to get the whole range of motion.
