you got a great base bro. i agree with ur back being a bit behind, its hard to achieve good mass on ur back, ive been working at it for a while. definetly work on the legs. and one thing i notice that you might wanna be concerned with is that your chest looks much more developed than your shoulders. this becomes a problem because it makes you much more prone to injury from the large weight you will be pushing, also it can cause pronation, which means that your posture rolls forward because the front rotator is strnger than the rear and thatll **** you up over time. good luck bud.

thanks for the help everybody really appreciate it. One problem I have though with back is it will get thick but width is harder to come by. Does anyone have similar problems and maybe a back workout get those lats?

Looking decent bro! You appear to have a full rounded chest, which is a good thing to have.

Legs and calves are pretty decent.
Work on some delts, back, and lats.

You have a lot of potential naturally. So keep going natural as long as you can, because you're going to go far with yourself.

    Peace

Lats brotha.. do you work legs?

  16. #16
Ya ive been bustin my legs up the past few months but like alot of people I neglected them for far too long. Just started mannin' up and squatting so there starting to improve, just have to play alot of catch up. Lats just seem to naturally lag behind, I've tried a bunch of methods but I guess I'll just have to make them my focus for the next few months. Really appreciate all the help everybody keep it coming.

seems your main problem is legs. that will get your DL and SQ up too. Most guys benching 300-320 lbs as you stated squat alot more than 380.

Haha yea believe me thats one thing I was aware of that was lagging behind. It was pretty embarrassing using the same weight on the squat that I was benching with a couple months ago.

Truly appreciate all the input everybody especially coming from all you guys. I'll definitely be getting the lats, legs, and shoulders going over the next few months, and will be back bigger and with more pics. Thanks again.
