you got big arms, kinda makes your delts look small.
hit some front double bi and rear double bi poses for better critiquing.
looking swole and shredded, good job!
Just got back into doing legs, a bad knee injury kept me from both weights and cardio. I have been doing mostly upper body workouts. Bout to start going heavy again on the legs, they are feeling pretty good.
I'll post some back pics and some pics of different poses.

Actually I am right @ 150 right now.....I agree on the chest part, I have been hitting it extra hard lately, I have been getting it in twice a wk (usually Mondays & Fridays). I really have been focusing on my upper pecs.
If you have any favorite lifts for upper chest, I would appreciate it.

yeah I know....I have those sprinter legs that dont seem to grow....but I'm hitting them hard again so we'll see!!!

u look great bro. tiny bit on delt and chest would be my preference, but for the most part id say just maintain what u got.
