    Dnp ?

The DNP i found comes in 200mg tabs. The profile says 2mg/kg, my question is what would be a good dose for a first time user while on a cycle? Prop is what i will be running with some tren a and winny. I thought i may toss this in and shred some bf.

Start at 200mgs ed and wait at least 3 days before upping the dose to 400mgs if necessary. Don't think to yourself "I don't feel anything, I better take some more"... Do a lot of reading (searching) on the protocol of hydrating, vitamins and supps and what NOT to do when on DNP.

listen to what junk says..i wouldnt run DNP on cycle..b/c it makes you feel so bad that its hard to work out..after about 30 minutes youre pretty spent..run it prior to starting a cycle..do lots of research as DNP isnt something to take lightly...its actually a poison and Im sure Magic will chime in here soon

I am really not too excited about DNP anymore. Yeah it works, no doubt about it. But I really don't think it's a short cut because you really do suffer when you're on. I mean you sweat terrible. You wake up many times throughout the night to find yourself in sweat soaked sheets and a saturated sponge for a pillow. Your stomach constantly feels uneasy and you have this general sick feeling like you are in the 1st stage of food posioning.

Unless you are a competitive bodybuilder this drug doesn't seem to make sense for the average person like myself. I know a lot of us want to think we are real bb's but we are not. We are people with lifes and we workout to improve our quality of life and feel better. When you are on this stuff you sweat all of the time. You look suspicious to some people like you are nervous about something. If you have a professional job then this stuff is not recomended IMO. If you have a labor intesive job then this can be dangerous mainly due to heat exhaustion.

I am not saying I will not do DNP again, I probably will. But I need to just keep the bf lower all of the time and not use DNP as a crutch. The whole idea is to be healthy with minimal bf all year around.

I lost 40lbs about 3 years ago within 4 months with a strict diet, cardio and training. I was way out of shape because of my job. I worked for a major corporation as a sales rep and I had an unlimited expense account to take clients out for drinks, dinner, etc. That is how you do business in the finance world, over drinks. I left that company and started my own business and now I have control of my lifestyle and diet again. So now I am a little over a year away from 40 and I am in pretty good shape.

Point is that you can lose fat without DNP or drugs. It's done with determination, strict diet, cardio and training. It's a lifestyle change more than anything.

i lost 40lbs in 3 weeks w/ DNP.. though i will never do that dose again LOL... when it was all said and done i was in the ER w/ a 103+ temp and a krazy ass virus infection (i was told DNP's basal temp increase should help protect against any type of virus or infection but all it did was mask the fever i was running and make me wait to long to get proper car )

definetly gonna back you on the diet and cardio over the choice of dnp

    dnp =

im 1 of those that have tried all of the above and clen scares me more than anything. i recommend taking no more than 200mg ed for 2wks for a 1st cycle. if you get itchy at all or start to get a rash.STOP!!!!!!!

So did you already have a fever before you started DNP or did you develop a fever while on DNP?
