    I don't care if you're a female or male at 100lbs at 5'7 or 300lbs.

    Diet and training comes first because if you can't do that right nothing will help you.
    I already said I have diet and workout in check...I actually know A LOT about it, I wouldn't even touch that shit if I didn't know as much as I could about it. I actually eat six times a day and go to the gym twice. And yes, I am prepared for all of the possibilities.

    You go to the gym twice a day? What does you workout routine consist of?

    What do your macro's look like for a typical day?

    And are you over 18?

    Yes, I am. And yes, I do. I wake up and run 4 miles daily and go back around 4ish to do weights.

    Off the top of my head...

    M1-pro/carb-usually oatmeal w/ protein powder mixed right in or egg whites, multivitamin. eh sometimes raisin bran w/ skim milk and a protein shake

    M2-pro/fat-tuna w/ olive oil and lemon juice and unsalted cashews

    M3-pro/carb-whole wheat pasta w/ ground turkey

    M4-pro/fat-tilapia w/ salad w/ olive oil for dressing

    M5-pro/carb-baked chicken w/ veggies

    M6-pro/fat-lately has been cottage cheese and leftover chicken or fish from earlier in the day
