If you go to the gym 5-6 days a week and have a good routine this should help. Also throw in Cardio 2 days a week. If your just getting into the gym ( which I would think by this post) this is a flawless way to git er done. Its been successfully tested by millions of people all over the globe.

It's possible, just not "Bodybuilder" possible. Test and a winstrol or masteron or anavar with clean diet will allow you to gain muscle ( you will gain with test no matter what) and loose fat if you diet. Sure you would gain a lot more if you don't diet, but if you diet with test and a cutting agent you will get good results
you should pick one or the other or results will be minimal at best on both sides.
I do it for all my cycles. I dont bulk up or really cut.
Results will be minimal? Think about it what you bulk and put on 20lbs to do a cutter and loose 10lbs? So you kept a lean 10lbs
I can do a clean cycle and jsut put on a sold 10lbs with out having to runn 2 cycle and eat a ton the diet real hard.
to bulk you need a caloric excess, to cut you need a caloric deficit...cant do both at the same time..although it is possible to put on lean mass with no fat...your diet and training will dictate that
Yes but you will only get a little from each. you cannot gain as much muscle in a calorie deficit diet than if you were eating 4500-5000 cals ed in an all out bulk. it goes the same way for the opposite also. I have run a clean bulk with succes but at the cost of muscle and fat loss than if I were to do one or the other. more muscle and fat loss can be obtained by running two seperate cycles. im am not saying clean bulks dont work cause they do but results will be greater with two seperate cycles.

If ur doing a long(12wks)cycle u can lean bulk at the begining and cut at the end but ur better off doing 1 at a time.
Do u think carrot top, 50 cent and Tai are using steroids? hmm
